Laparoscopic Salpingectomy

Removal of fallopian tubes through tiny incisions on the abdominal wall is called as laparoscopic salpingectomy. It is done in case of hydrosalpinx (swollen tubes due to water collection/infection) which cause pain or before embryo transfer in IVF procedures.
