Diagnostic Hysteroscopy

A hysteroscopy utilizes a little telescope-like cylinder called a hysteroscope to give the specialist a chance to see the inside of the uterus.

It helps diagnose many problems including

• Endometrial Polyps

• Uterine fibroids, and other structural issues

• Uterine septum

• Uterine septum

• Endometrial cancer

A hysteroscopy can take up to 20 to 30 minutes. It is typically done under general anesthesia. The procedure is a day-care, outpatient methodology.
